Pine Tree Clinic for Comprehensive Medicine is closing its doors as of September 7, 2012.
It is with heartfelt consideration that I have decided to move my practice to the EuroMed Foundation National Integrative Medicine Cancer Clinic in Phoenix, AZ as of September 7, 2012. This means that the current office in Prescott will no longer be open as of September 7, 2012. At Euro-Med Foundation Clinic where I am the supervising physician, my focus is Collaborative Integrative Cancer Medicine. If you are interested in consulting with me as a new patient, I am at this time only accepting patients with a diagnosis of cancer.
The EuroMed office, at 34975 N. North Valley Parkway, Building 6, Suite 138, Phoenix, AZ 85086 is approximately a 2-hour drive from Prescott. If you would prefer to see a physician in the Prescott area, then you may wish to consult with Dr. Tim Urell. Dr. Urell has completed a fellowship in integrative medicine under the auspices of Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona in Tucson. If you wish further information about Dr. Urell, his office number is 928-717-5232. He is a Medicare provider and he accepts major insurance plans.
